Decision Making: The Three Centers of Intelligence
Balanced decision-making involves consulting all three
3 Steps to Making the Best Decisions for You
The Enneagram teaches that we have three centers of intelligence which help us process information and make decisions: the Gut Center, the Heart Center, and the Head Center. While everyone has access to all three, we tend to favor one and neglect others. Balanced decision-making involves consulting all three.
The Three Centers Explained

How it sounds:
"This feels right in my bones"
"My gut is telling me no"
"I feel tension when I think about this"
